Scattered Clothes and Hanging Flags

I lay here among scattered clothes, hanging flags, taped pictures, loose papers, and so much more and try to sleep. I close my eyes and wait for the dreams to come. I do that and then, energy sweeps across me, and I start to think about one of the realities that has become a part of my life. I mentioned before how I stand here now at a crossroads in my life, and with every passing day here in Chicago, more and more roads seem to appear. The reality that sooner rather then later I will wake up and be graduating from college, looking into a world that seems endless. I have no idea what I want to do in my life, I really don't, I mean I am interested in law, I love the idea of me standing in a courtroom, love the idea of going to work every day and just loving what I do, going to work every day with passion and love that I bring to so many other aspects of my life. This program has been a long reflection, a reflection on my life, my past, present and future, and a reflection of who I am.

I know I haven't been good at keeping up on posting for this blog, so this is a new start, and I promise to those select few that may glance at this once in a while that I will start writing more, and start sharing the reflection and amazing experience that has been my time here in Chicago.

I mean it's almost half-way over!!
